Return and Exchange Policy

In store returns and exchanges 

We offer in-store returns or exchanges up to 14 days after your date of purchase. The items must be unworn and in brand-new, pristine condition, and in their original packaging. No exceptions will be offered without receipt. 

We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.

For any signs of minor wear and tear (scuffs, dirt, etc), items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $30.

 Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Used/worn skates.

  • Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).

  • Custom mounted boots.

  • Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted).

  • Special order items.

  • Non-stock items.

  • Items that are stated in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.

  • Sale, clearance, and closeout items.

  • If you are unsure if your purchase will be returnable please contact us in advance to find out.

  • gift certificates  

 

Shipping Returns

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

  • Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs.
