Refund policy

 

In Store Returns and Exchanges 

We offer in-store returns or exchanges up to 14 days after your date of purchase. The skates, pads, etc. must be unworn and in brand-new, pristine condition in their original box. No exceptions will be offered without a receipt. 

We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.

For any signs of minor wear and tear (scuffs, dirt, etc), items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $30.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Used/worn skates.

  • Safety Gear - ALL safety gear sales are FINAL
  • Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).

  • Custom mounted boots.

  • Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted).

  • Special order items.

  • Non-stock items.

  • Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.

  • Sale, clearance, and closeout items.

  • If you are unsure if your purchase will be return-able please contact us in advance to find out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Online Return 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@deathdropskates.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Online Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping Returns

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

  • Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs.
